Preventive healthcare

Make your health a priority at every stage of life.

Regular GP appointments can identify risk factors early, support healthier choices and provide a safe place to discuss concerns that may otherwise be easy to postpone.

Your doctor can review your medical and family history, symptoms, medicines, lifestyle and recommended screening, then develop a plan suited to your age and circumstances.

Confidential support

Sexual, reproductive and urinary health.

Sexual health

Confidential care can include STI risk assessment, testing, treatment, prevention advice and discussion of pain or other concerns during sex.

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile difficulties can have physical, psychological or medication-related causes. A GP assessment can explore contributing factors and appropriate management options.

Prostate and urinary symptoms

Speak with your GP about changes in urinary flow, frequency, discomfort, pelvic symptoms or prostate concerns. Assessment and testing depend on your symptoms, age and individual risk.

Mental health and lifestyle

Support for your whole health.

Mental wellbeing, sleep, work stress, relationships, alcohol, smoking, nutrition and physical activity can all affect health. Your GP provides a confidential starting point for discussing these concerns.

Where appropriate, care may include a management plan, medication review, practical lifestyle support or referral to psychology and other allied health services.
