Services include general nutrition education, meal and dietary planning, low-FODMAP guidance, food allergy or intolerance support, cholesterol management and assistance with healthy, sustainable weight change.
Conditions supported
Personalised nutrition support may assist with irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diverticular disease, fatty liver disease, coeliac disease, pregnancy nutrition, malnutrition and type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes. Your clinician will recommend appropriate care or referral for your circumstances.

Care can combine GP assessment with dietetic support from Ashley Yu, Accredited Practising Dietitian. Reception can help you choose the most appropriate appointment, and your clinician can coordinate further care when required.

Ashley provides practical, personalised nutrition support across all stages of life. She takes a compassionate and evidence-based approach, helping individuals and families build confidence through realistic nutrition strategies and a sustainable, positive relationship with food.
Her work includes gastrointestinal and women’s health, paediatric nutrition, chronic disease and weight management, bariatric nutrition, malnutrition support, and vegetarian or plant-based nutrition. Consultations are available in English and Mandarin.
